Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include, but are not limited to:
- Greet customers and provide excellent guest service
- Provides even exchanges of cash and exchanges of receipts for cash
- Balances funds and assets at the end of work shift
- Informs supervisor of guest needs, which may require special accommodations
- Follows proper check-in and check-out procedures at the beginning and end of each shift
- Informs supervisor when additional coin or currency is needed
- Responsible for reading and understanding all state and company policies, procedures, and IC's, including but not limited to, Title-31 and self- exclusion regulations
- Attends all mandatory training classes
- Maintains the utmost integrity and dignity for self and others at all times
- Other duties as assigned
