Construction Superintendent - Hotel Renovations & Construction

Seeking a talented Construction Superintendent experienced in revitalizing hotels, based in middle or south GA. If you have experience in transforming spaces and a successful background in construction management, we want to hear from you!

$72,500 yearly

• Oversee all aspects of hotel renovation projects from initiation to completion
• Coordinate construction projects with management, subcontractors, and LHG team members
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders
• Problem-solving and making decisions to keep projects on track
• Be willing to physically work as needed
• Ability & willingness to study, understand, direct, and perform, based on construction drawings
• Inspect and secure the job site to prevent damages and theft
• Set expectations of subcontractors and hold them accountable for results
• Representing the company with professionalism and integrity

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, preferably in hotel renovations and new construction
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Budgeting and resource management expertise
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time if needed, able to work Friday through Saturday if needed, and have a valid driver’s license
• OSHA 10-hour, basic first aid & CPR training

• The ability to lift 100 lbs

• Must be able to work at heights from an elevated aerial device
• Must be knowledgeable in operating heavy construction equipment
