We provide all the tools and resources you need to succeed, all we ask of you is an open mindset and a willingness to grow. Real Estate Agents who join Matt Smith Real Estate Group are often closing 2-3+ deals a month within the first 90 days - all with leads, appointments, and systems provided for them! We believe in agent success! Our average agent closes anywhere from 20-100+ homes a year and earns 3 times the median income for our area.

• Build relationships with our clients and guide them through the buying and selling process
• Show homes to motivated buyers 
• Provide white-glove service to homeowners looking to list their home
• Maintain your Real Estate License
• Provide an exceptional client experience by engaging with clients through phone conversations, text messaging, e-mail, and social media at all stages of the home-selling, and buying process

• Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
• Must have car insurance
• Must adhere to Matt Smith Real Estate Group's Core Values
• Must fit into the Matt Smith Real Estate Group culture
• No real estate experience is needed, we'll train you fully
• Must obtain your Missouri real estate license for continued employment (we'll show you how)
• Must be immediately eligible for a real estate license to be considered
