Whitfield Regional Hospital is now offering a generous longevity/retention bonus along with existing benefits to all new hire full-time Respiratory Therapists:
- Competitive hourly rates
- Benefit packages
- Generous longevity/retention bonus following 1 year of employment in the Respiratory Therapy department:
- $10,000 Retention Bonus
- $2,500 following the first 90 days of employment
- $7,500 following a year of employment
- Qualifications:
- Full-time schedule (2,000 hours)
- Maintain active and unrestricted respiratory therapy license
- $10,000 Retention Bonus
