Job Description
The LPN providing care to the patient population(s) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and coordinating patient care from Skilled Nursing and Extended care. SHIFT: Nights, 12 hours - Taking call is required 2 shifts per 6 weeks and there is potential that we will need overtime as well.
Shift: Night Shifts - Variable Days 12 hour shifts
Specialty Type: Nursing
Sub Specialties: Med-surg Adult,LPN,Long Term Care (LTC),Special Care (SCU)
General Certifications : ACLS BLS/BCLS PALS
