HiFyve is hiring for a Marketing Manager (could also be a Marketing Assistant if you have less experience) in Camdenton, MO / Lake of the Ozarks, MO area!
- $50K-$75K+, depending on experience
- Day Shift
Details:
- You will need to be able to orchestrate marketing activities, Wordpress, social media, build literature, do SEO work, media campaigns, etc.
- The position will also include some sales reporting, working on Insight CMD platform (this can be trained) to gather contacts, and mine projects.
- Its preferred that this is an in-office role, but the client would entertain a hybrid role for a local candidate.
- You will need strong computer skills, know the marketing lingo, build, modify, post, PDF doc building, etc. (the day to day needs of the web based marketing process).
- You will be given an operating budget to manage.
Other Details:
- Thinks independently, strategically, and can provide meaningful recommendations.
- Possesses strong knowledge of marketing concepts, best practices, and content standards across social networks, email marketing web & digital, print, and advertising platforms.
- Able to successfully manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously. Perform sophisticated tasks leveraging a variety of channels.
- Strong inclination for organization, process adherence, attention to detail, editorial guidelines, etc.
- Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines in multiple areas
- Identify key performance indicators for campaigns, population targeting, and optimization. Work with internal data teams to analyze program results and measure sales revenue generation.
- Ensure project and campaign deliverables are channel-appropriate and the creative is clear, concise, and actionable.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for usage to ensure ROI
- Ability to create campaigns with cross channel promotion and ensure metrics/tracking for performance
- Ability to build and edit PDFs is critical
- Digital, web based marketing process creation and reporting is required
