Job Summary:
The Breakfast Attendant at SpringHill Suites Cheraw will join a dynamic hospitality team and play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests. This individual will be responsible for set-up, stocking, and maintaining breakfast area, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to company standards. This is a full-time, hourly position in the hospitality/restaurant industry, based in Cheraw, South Carolina.

Compensation & Benefits:
The Breakfast Attendant will receive a competitive hourly wage between $10 to $12 per hour, paid biweekly. Additionally, the SpringHill Suites Cheraw provides a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set-up breakfast area by arranging tables, displaying food and beverage items, and ensuring overall cleanliness
- Monitor and restock food and beverage items throughout breakfast service to maintain a fresh and appealing display
- Greet and acknowledge guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering assistance as needed
- Maintain inventory of supplies and inform management of any needs to ensure a well-stocked and organized breakfast area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring all food and beverage items are properly handled, labeled, and stored
- Assist with dishwashing and cleaning of breakfast area to maintain a clean and sanitary environment
- Communicate efficiently and effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth breakfast service and guest satisfaction
- Handle and report any guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Follow company policies and procedures, including attendance and punctuality, to ensure a positive work environment and team success

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a hospitality or food service role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Flexible schedule, including mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
