AM- Line Cook - Officina

Requirements

*At least 1-2 years in a kitchen experience

*Available to work night shifts

*Willingness to learn and expand skill set

Preferred Qualifications

*High School Diploma or equivalent 

*Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing)

Key Responsibilities 

*Preparing a wide variety of recipes

*Preparing all necessary materials/ingredients needed 

*Knife cuts, roasting, braising, and sauce work will be done 

*Organizing and storing daily deliveries that come in 

Physical Requirements

*Ability to stand/walk for extended periods 

*Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
