We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented EXPO to join our team at Steel City Pizza Co. As an EXPO, you will maintain the flow of orders from waiters to the kitchen to our guests. You will ensure that the guests' orders are completed quickly and correctly while delivering exceptional service and quality dishes.

• You will ensure communication in the kitchen by calling out orders, getting the status on dishes, and calling the waitstaff to serve completed dishes.
• You will inform the waitstaff when certain dishes or ingredients have run out and pass food requests from the waitstaff to the kitchen.
• You will monitor the food portions, cleanliness, presentation, and temperature of completed dishes according to restaurant standards. This includes adding garnishments and removing smudges on dishes.
• You will ensure that all orders are completed on time and with the correct priority.
• You will keep the cooking, storage, and prep areas clean, neat, and well-stocked.
• You will adhere to health and safety standards.
• You will assist all staff as needed and forward customer complaints to management.
