Position Description

The U.S. Garia Marketing Manager plays a critical role supporting the relaunch of Garia Golf Cars into the Club Car U.S market, through mostly existing Club Car Channel Partners. This talented individual collaborates to identify new opportunities, developing strategies, designing programs, and then executing, measuring, and evaluating them against agreed upon business goals and objectives.

The U.S. Garia Marketing Coordinator has a passion for high-end products and understand how to market and communicate as such. Being knowledgeable in cars and golf is a plus.

Being a morning-person is vital as this role is inherently cross functional and you will work closely to our Garia Marketing Manager situated in Copenhagen, Denmark, through online meetings via Microsoft Teams (+6 hours time difference). You will be part of the U.S. Club Car marketing team, with U.S. Colleagues and manager, but you will be specializing in Garia, and focusing on broadening the recognition of Garia throughout the U.S. and thus most of your work will be defined in agreement with the Garia Marketing Manager.


A successful candidate will be skilled at developing an appropriate marketing strategy using multiple sources of data, be able to work effectively in a matrix organization, yet be able to navigate ambiguity while managing projects to completion. The Marketing Manager is a key team member developing and maintaining strong working relationships with the Garia retailers. This talented individual collaborates to identify new opportunities, developing strategies, designing programs, and then executing, measuring, and evaluating them against agreed upon business goals and objectives. You understand the unique requirements needed to drive potential customers of a new exclusive golf car product into the store of our existing dealers.

You manage relationships with vendors and internal / external stakeholders from all areas of the organization – sales, product management, marketing, brand etc. You seek to bring the best experience for customers looking for the ultimate luxury golf cart and pride yourself on taking it from idea to execution in a seamless go.


Your role as the U.S. Garia Marketing Manager is to drive revenue growth, build strong channel partnerships, and deliver effective and engaging marketing programs that support the overall business objectives.



Responsibilities

· Develop and execute channel-specific marketing plans: You will work closely with sales and product management teams to create and implement marketing plans that support the overall channel strategy and drive customer engagement and revenue growth.

· Managing Channel Relationships: You will work with channel partners to build and maintain strong relations, negotiate contracts and identify areas for growth and optimization.

· Collaborating with cross-functional teams: You will partner with product marketing, content marketing and digital teams to create channel-specific content, promotional materials and campaigns that align with the overall U.S. Garia marketing strategy.

· Measuring and reporting on channel performance: You will develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of channel marketing programs and provide regular reporting and insights to key stakeholders.

· Analyzing market and competitor trends: You will stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market research to inform channel strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.

· Managing budgets and resources: You will manage marketing budgets and resources to ensure that programs are delivered on time, within budget and with measurable results.

· Facilitate daily collaboration: The U.S. Garia Marketing Manager will work alongside the Danish Garia Marketing manager and other internal / external stakeholders required to achieve the results and goals for Garia Marketing.


Education/Experience

· Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, product/brand management, channel marketing management, or business development, or comparable agency experience.

· Excellent project management skills, and 2+ years’ experience with project management and vendor management

· Display their innate stewardship for brand strategy to guarantee that all materials released to the market conform to the appropriate tone of voice and uphold the requisite quality of imagery that is vital for the growth of a luxury product

· Have a solid understanding of effective go-to-market strategies

· Excellent written and verbal communication

· B2B and B2C / channel company or organization experience

· Exceptional communications and relationship-building skills

· Excellent facility with all major Google, Microsoft, and cloud-based software

· Can accommodate working as part of a global team

· Strong inspiration and influencing skills, bringing other along the journey

· Proficiency in working collaboratively across the organization, fostering positive and productive relationships with colleagues at all levels and in various roles

· A self-starter, who can innovate and implement solutions when challenges arise

· Is comfortable with ambiguity and thrives with agile movement to support the business
