As our Contracts Administrator, you'll be at the helm of overseeing the support and administration of government contracts, subcontracts, and teaming agreements. You'll play a critical role in ensuring full compliance with contract requirements and agreements, providing essential guidance and support to our Business Development and Operations Teams throughout the entire process.

This is a remote position, and we are seeking candidates located in the CST time zone.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Perform a full range of administrative functions, often of a confidential or sensitive nature; compose correspondence, file maintenance, complete forms, and use templates.
  • Compile and summarize data, perform analysis, and create reports for review.
  • Develop and maintain extensive spreadsheets and databases.
  • Demonstrate positive, professional relationships and customer service with staff, co-workers, managers, the public, and all key stakeholders.
  • Maintain contracts, subcontracts, and vendor files.
  • Prepare all contract reports per requirements.
  • Prepare NDAs, Teaming Agreements, and Subcontract Agreements for review and approval by the Contracts Manager.
  • Tracking of contractual deliverables for compliance.
  • Ensure final contract documents and agreements are consistent with negotiated terms and conditions.
  • Prepare and conduct internal contract briefings.
  • Support the Proposal team for stand-up meetings, presentations, task assignments, compliance matrix, etc.
  • Organize & Maintain Proposal Tools/Templates.
  • Coordinate and oversee recurring departmental tasks and assignments as necessary.
  • Assist with other departments' projects and perform other work-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • 1 year of hands-on administrative support in the Security/Construction industry and/or for government contracts.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidential standards.
  • Strong knowledge of PC applications (MS Office Suite).
  • Strong aptitude for numbers.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Must be an effective communicator and have the ability to interface well with Directors, Project Managers, industry partners, and government agencies.
  • Stellar time management, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with contract compliance issues, administration of contracts, and contract agreements is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with fast turnaround times.
  • Clear and effective communication skills: You excel at conveying information concisely, ensuring that messages are communicated clearly and accurately.


Pay: $18.00 – $22.07
