The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking Summer Camp Teachers for our top-rated preschools in Aiken! No nights or weekends! And make a difference every day.

Flexibility to be part-time or full time and availability for continued school age employment in the fall!

About The Sunshine House:

Pay range: $14 - $18 per hour, based on experience & education.

• Sunshine House of Aiken at Summerwood Way
• Sunshine House of Aiken at S Centennial Drive

Summer Camp Teacher Responsibilities:
Summer camp staff supervise young campers and make sure they learn and have fun, while staying safe.

• Plan outdoor activities or sports for groups of campers.
• Lead recreational and educational activities, such as swimming or crafting.
• Educate campers through games and explorations.
• Make sure all safety rules are followed.
• Drive a 14-passenger mini bus to field trips (no special license required).

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months of experience working in licensed childcare OR a bachelors degree.
• Coursework in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Energetic and positive personality.
