Radiologic Technologist RT- I $41.22 - $56.62

Job Summary: The radiologic technologist is responsible, under the supervision of a radiologist, for performing screening, diagnostic and/or therapeutic imaging procedures as required in the modalities where the employee is registered and / or licensed. These procedures are to be performed in accordance with department and hospital protocols and policies. The radiologic Technologists must perform the procedures competently and, and where applicable, independently as the procedures may be performed under personal, direct, or general supervision. This position will include tasks that involve exposure to blood, body fluids and tissues. This position may require day, evening, night shift hours and availability for on-call coverage.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
  • Radiologic Technologist Certification from the American Registry for Radiologic Technologists (or equivalent accrediting body) and certified by the state of California as outlined below:
    • California State Radiologic Technologists License
    • California State Fluoroscopy Technologist License
    • Registered Radiographer
  • Desire to cross train into other modalities
  • Current CPR card

Preferred:

  • Minimum of an Associate of Science or Associate of Arts Degree in applicable field or acceptable equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Seven Medical PACS / RIS

    • Registered Radiographer
    • Must meet at least one of the following requirements:
      • Registered in CT
      • Certified by state of California as a Mammographic Radiologic Technologist
  • Current CPR card

Preferred:

  • Minimum of an Associate of Science or Associate of Arts Degree in applicable field or acceptable equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Seven Medical PACS / RIS

Radiologic Technologist RT- II $51.83 - $71.79

These procedures are to be performed in accordance with department and hospital protocols and policies. The radiologic Technologists must perform the procedures competently and, where applicable, independently as the procedures may be performed under personal, direct, or general supervision. This position functions as a senior level position and has responsibility to train employees in areas where the employee is registered or licensed. Employee will be responsible for assisting the modalities for which they are registered or licensed to successful accreditation by the American College of Radiology, The Joint Commission, or any other accrediting body for which accreditation is sought by the department. This position will include tasks that involve exposure to blood, body fluids and tissues. This position may require day, evening, night shift hours and availability for on-call coverage.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or other medical imaging specialty
  • Registered by the American Registry for Radiologic Technologists or other recognized Medical Imaging Registry (ARDMS, NMTCB, etc) and certified by the state of California as outlined below:
    • California State Radiologic Technologists License
    • California State Fluoroscopy Technologist License
    • Registered Radiographer
    • Must meet at least one of the following requirements
      • Registered in MRI
      • Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonogrpher
      • Registered in CT and hold California State certification as Mammographic Radiologic Technologist
  • Must maintain Current CPR certification

Preferred:

  • Minimum of an Associate of Science or Associate of Arts Degree in applicable field or acceptable equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Seven Medical PACS / RIS

    • Registered in no less than two of following three modalities
      • MRI
      • CT
      • Ultrasound
  • Current CPR card

Preferred:

  • Minimum of an Associate of Science or Associate of Arts Degree in applicable field or acceptable equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Seven Medical PACS / RIS

Weekend call and holidays are required, and flexibility as needed.
