Overview
The HVAC Install Administrator will be assisting subcontractors regarding any HVAC install jobs. They will be responsible for entering all install orders, scheduling jobs and inspections, processing invoices, assisting with warranty process of HVAC parts, pulling products for installs, monitoring stock, and assisting customers with purchase orders.  What you will need
  • Have the ability to multi-task.
  • Be proficient at prioritizing tasks.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
How you will make an Impact
  • Enter all HVAC install orders into the system.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of installs between customers, reps, and the installers.
  • Enter in the orders into GP and receive them for the installers to get paid.
  • Assist in warranty process of any HVAC parts that we have installed.
  • Ensure the product is pulled and ready to go for the next day’s installs.
  • Assist in finding AHRI Certifications for the product that we install.
  • Assist in scheduling the inspections for the completed installs.
  • Keep track of HVAC stock and ensure there is some setback for installs.
  • Contact purchasing for re-orders.
  • Contact customers with completed installs for their purchase orders.
  • Register all equipment for extended warranty.
  • Invoice all HVAC orders.
