Radiology Technologist - salary on-call coverage

Full-time, Salary position

Monday - Thursday

4:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

This position will provide on-call coverage during this time period and respond to call-backs as required.

Responsible for the day-to-day functions of the Radiology Department. Functions include, but are not limited to performance of Diagnostic X-ray and CT exams, scheduling of imaging services, insurance authorizations, patient preparation, CD burning of exams, filing, and performing additional tasks and duties as directed. Maintains confidentiality of all patient information. Maintains a “customer friendly” environment by treating all individuals with dignity, respect, and concern for their well-being.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate from an approved school of Radiologic Technology.
• Must have current or temporary Kansas State Board of Healing Arts license.
• Current ARRT license or obtain within 180 days of hire.
• Must have BLS Certification or obtain withing 120 days of hire.
• Preference will be given to applicants with prior CT experience or certification.
