JOB DESCRIPTION


SUPERVISOR: Site Manager/Program Manager/MDO

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • Must possess a bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science/Technology, Computer Engineering or other relevant field, or a minimum of five (5) years' experience with administration and troubleshooting of Advanced Active Directory, advanced Microsoft Server (including Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and services (advanced SQL), Advanced Scripting (PowerShell), Advanced storage area networks (NetApp) and Advanced enterprise configuration management (MECM).

Training and Experience:

  • Possess industry recognized certification such as Microsoft AZ-900, AZ-103, AZ-203, AZ-300, AZ-301.
  • Be Instructor qualified: possess Common Faculty Developer-Instructor Course (CFD-IC) qualification; qualification must be less than five (5) years old. Contract instructors not properly CFD-IC qualified must successfully complete the course upon award of contract.

General Skills:

  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills; effectively articulate curriculum to students in a manner resulting in shared understanding.
  • Be equipped with the requisite knowledge, skill and ability to teach RMF, CASP, Scripting (PowerShell), basic and advanced Microsoft Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange; Instructor with the requisite knowledge, skill and ability to teach basic and advanced Database Server (SQL), SharePoint, basic and advanced Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and basic and advanced Storage Area Networks (NetApp).

Computer Skills:

  • Possess skills/knowledge of performing office automation work that includes word processing, electronic mail, spreadsheets, presentations, and other personal computer applications; typing a variety of materials from rough draft into final form including narrative and tabular material, e.g., correspondence, reports, and forms; maintaining records, historical records, survey results, reference library of training catalogs, regulations and other miscellaneous publications; establishing and maintaining office functional files and reference files; knowledge management applications e.g., Training Development Capabilities (TDC) SharePoint and Blackboard.

Security Clearance: Must possess and maintain a Tier 1 eligibility.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support modules of instruction (Exhibit 2) as described in the POI (CDRL A001).
  • Provide educational materials to include syllabi, homework, quizzes, and exams to support classroom instruction (CDRL A001).
  • Review all applicable student study materials, written tests, performance tests, training aids, class advance sheets, manuscripts, books, and digital training materials; recommend changes and receive approval from the Course Manager prior to implementation (CDRL A001).
  • Provide feedback in the instruction and modification of training materials and lessons required to teach the approved tasks, conditions, and standards for the 255A WOBC and 255A WOAC Military Occupational Specialties (CDRL A004).
  • IAW the approved course training schedule, administer written tests on examination days.
  • Coordinate, through the COR, for use of any non-standard Government- owned equipment, anything not provided in a standard classroom or networking lab, that is needed to complete students' exercises or labs NLT seven (7) working days prior to start date of training.
  • Provide recommended POI adjustments to the appropriate cadre. At a minimum recommended adjustments will be provided as often as required, as well as in a final annual report to the COR (CDRL A003)
  • Coordinate retraining for any test failures and proctor make-up exams IAW the CMP/ISAP.
  • Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
