Job Summary

We are looking for a hard-working Auto Detailing Manager to join our team. As a Detail Manager, you will be interacting with customers, upselling detail packages, provideing time estimates, training, and detailing yourself. including washing decontaminating and buffing exteriors and thorough detailing of interiors. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring repeat business. this position must be capable of work that meets our company’s high standards and the standards of our valued customers.

Responsibilities

Perform vehicle inspections pre and post-detailing
Maintain accurate records of vehicle conditions
Detail the interiors and exteriors of vehicles using approved products and procedures
Continuously improving yourself and your knowledge of the detailing and customer service field
Check customers in, set expectations and offer other levels of detailing during drop off
Check customers out and give a walkthrough of vehicle during pickup
Taking ownership and seting an example all of the time

Qualifications

Previous experience in the Detailing industry is preferrd
High level of attention to detail
Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including extended periods of walking, bending, and standing
Strict adherence to company policies and service standards
