Solar Appointment Setter: Retail based

Vitl Power is continuing to grow and is looking to expand into new territories. Partnering with the largest residential solar installer in the nation has opened new doors and opportunities and we're excited to bring this new division to the greater Phoenix area!

We are currently looking to hire marketing specialists to work in collaboration with our sales and teams. This role is imperative to the success of our team as they are the driving force to getting our innovative products into the hands of new clients and consumers. This role is entry level and has the ability to move into more senior roles with training and development opportunities. What experience do you need to be considered for a role with us?

• 1-2 years of experience working in a customer facing role

• Previous retail experience is a plus but not required (THIS POSITION IS IN A RETAIL SETTING)

• Excellent communication skills

• Energetic and positive mental attitude

• The ability to stay organized

• Reliable transportation

• The ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time if needed

The Role You Will Play

Our marketing specialists are the first impression we have with our customers and homeowners! This role will be face to face in a retail setting, helping educate customers on the value and benefits of adding solar to their homes, and setting up the appointments for our sales team to speak with them directly! Your responsibility is not to close sales.

The primary function of this role is to prospect leads by building relationships with potential customers to introduce our products and services. If you are a self-starter with great communication skills and professionalism then this might be an excellent opportunity to get into an excellent industry and make money from the beginning.
