Our client in Byron Center is seeking an Irrigation Foreman/Service Tech to join our dynamic team! Candidates should have experience in irrigation installation, service/repair, pump maintenance, winterization, and spring activation, as well as align with our core values: team first, motivated to move forward, and embrace their role. We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. A valid driver’s license and a positive attitude are required.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 2-3 employees, ensuring irrigation systems are complete & running properly.
- Follows directions from Irrigation Manager.
- Operate and maintain assigned vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure job sites are safe and clean at all times.
- Train crew members to develop their skills and enhance team performance.
Qualifications
- Experience in irrigation installation, service/repair, pump maintenance, winterization, and spring activation
- Ability to operate various equipment safely
- Good listening skills and ability to take direction
- Availability to work days and occasionally some weekends
- Valid driver’s license
- Positive attitude
