Mechanic

GENERAL DUTIES (not all inclusive):

• Performs maintenance, diagnosis and repair of generators and small equipment, Vans and
• ATV/SXS’s. Performs daily upkeep, and scheduled service maintenance. Provides training for personnel on the safe use of the above equipment.
• Performs on-site maintenance and repair to equipment in field, as required.
• Maintains detailed records on all work performed and completes work orders.
• Operates and maintains equipment including: compressors, presses, air tools, electric power tools, fork lifts, grooming equipment, etc.
• Maintains a clean, orderly and safe work area.
• Maintains workplace program and ensures safety is the highest priority in the work place.
• Performs other duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Be able to pass a Drug Test.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• A valid Driver's license is required.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in maintenance and repair of diesel and gasoline small engines and generators is required.
• Experience in ATV/SXS maintenance and maintenance of tracked vehicles such as Skid steer or backhoe.
• Must be willing and able to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
• Must be willing and able to perform physical activities including heavy lifting, climbing in and out of equipment, crawling, and working outdoors.
• Must be able to pass a drug and background screening.
