Warehouse Production Worker

=We are looking for a Warehouse worker to fulfill the following tasks. The right candidate will be a team player; familiar with working with a small team (1-3 people) to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction. Haitian Creole/French Speaker is a plus.

We make natural skincare products from soaps to body butter, body balm, lip balm etc.. We are looking for someone with previous experience in skincare to make these different products.

Training will be provided. Previous experience highly encouraged.

Big plus if you can create product formulation to expand the line of business!

Detailed Description:

• Dress in proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
• Ensure area is clean for production using the sanitizing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
• Always follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Gather and properly use tools, mixing buckets, and scales.
• Communicate with the Supervisor for instructions for the day.
• Mix and execute soap formulas precisely.
• Observe mixture while blending to detect variations of color, viscosity and homogeneity, reporting and variances to management immediately.
• Pour mixture into soap mold and label by adhering to GMP lot code instructions.
• Identify and communicate opportunities and systems to ensure adherence to GMP practices.
• Operate material handling and safety equipment including pallet jacks safely and as instructed.
• Lead by example to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Perform other duties as requested by Management.
• Assist in other areas upon completion of training session for that specific area as needed.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Able to work on your feet eight (8) hours per day.
• Ability to understand and follow recipe weights, measures and instructions.
• Able to lift/push/pull fifty (50) lbs.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Experience in fast paced environment.
