Job Description

Maintain the General Conditions of 120 Unit property--grounds, buildings, cleaning, basic knowledge of plumbing, drywall repair, maintain equipment, manage tools and supplies.

  • Perform routine and scheduled maintenance
  • Perform repairs, installations of fixtures and appliances, and replacement of damaged systems
  • Diagnose and repair problems with building heat, electricity, and water systems
  • Be on-call to respond to emergency issues
  • Preform scheduled inspections with the direction of the property manager
  • Complete and track invoices for all repairs done in apartment turns
  • Turn in and discuss all inspection check lists and invoices with the property manager
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Physical ability to bend, crouch, and lift objects throughout the workday
  • Be able to work in winter conditions outside example: snow removal
  • Pool and Spa maintenance
  • 100% reliable, and on-time
