Job Title: Industrial Painter

Pay: $24-$32/hr
Schedule: (M-F) 3pm - 11:30pm (w/ 2-4 weeks of Day Shift Training)
Location: Centennial, CO
Position Type: Full-time, Evaluation Hire

This position requires someone with a great work ethic, integrity, and a willing to learn attitude. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified industrial painter who is looking for a new company to share their skills with. This company promotes from within, and is known to hire on candidates full-time within several weeks of starting.

Job Highlights:

• Read and interpret spec drawings, schematic designs and internal orders to determine appropriate preparation, set up and other related activities for paining of thermoformed plastic products
• Ensure all equipment and materials are maintained and ready for use
• Precision masking for multiple stages of painting processes
• Dispose of paint, solvents and other materials in accordance with policies and procedures
• Fabricate thermoplastic items per production order and print
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We Look For:

• 2+ years of industrial painting experience
• Someone who can perform quality work
• Someone who will have great job attendance and no tardy issues
• Knowledge of methods, materials, equipment, and safety procedures of the painting trade
• Ability to determine painting needs and methods to meet them
• Read and implement painting plans and specifications
• Ability to meet expected quality painting requirements
• Follow oral and written instructions
• Able to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment
