Minimum Qualifications:
- High School graduate or successful completion of GED
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional time management skills
- Covid-19 Vaccinated
- Nicotine Free
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Demonstrates ability to problem solve and execute to achievement
- Demonstrates customer/client focus
- Skilled and able to demonstrate verbal and written proficiency in communications
- Proficient in multi-tasking and time management
- Proficient computer skills
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Registered Pharmacy Technician with the Florida State Board
- Certified Pharmacy Technician
- Experience working in a medical office or pharmacy
- Experience working in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)

Essential Job Functions:
- Expedite the processing of prescriptions by performing all duties necessary and allowed by policy and law, in the preparation necessary prior to the filling of the prescription by the pharmacist
- Process all filing, accounting and bookkeeping functions determined necessary by the pharmacy manager
- Communicate with pharmacy manager on progress, procedures and policies of the pharmacy department
- Perform all the necessary functions and duties of a registered pharmacy technician under the direct supervision of the pharmacist
- Maintain inventory for the pharmacy and OTC area
- Adhere to all CHNWF policies and procedures as well as HIPPA regulations
- Serve as liaison between pharmacy, patient and health professionals by proving information and support as necessary
- Other tasks as needed to support the ongoing functioning of the organization.
