What you will be doing:
Provide a full range of administrative support. The Job Center Coordinator operates independently, performs considerable coordination and follow through, and sets priorities and procedures for accomplishing the work assignment. This position requires self motivation, results oriented, highly organized, analytical professional capable of interfacing with individuals of various backgrounds and levels within an organization. Specifically, the Job Center Coordinator is responsible for administration of vehicle fleet usage as well as the fleet management software, developing standardized processes, enforcing company policy, and attending job center, safety, and training meetings.
Qualifications:
- Prior High Level Administrative Support Experience
- Fleet Management and Safety experience is a plus
- Good Communication and Organizational Skills
- Ability to investigate, report, and document safety incidents
- Customer Service Oriented
- Advanced PC Skills in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Analytical
- Works Well Under Pressure
- Ability to Multi Task and Manage Multiple Priorities
- Interface with Individuals of Various Backgrounds and Levels within the Organization
