Entry Level Chemical Engineer - Relocation package available

Bond Consultants is a dynamic firm which provides professional employment services to many people with different backgrounds and skills. One of our clients, Plastic Automotive Part Manufacturing Plant, is looking for a Chemical Engineer. This position is Direct Hire and pays $20+ hour based on relevant education and experience. Relocation package available.

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Perform chemical analysis and physical property testing of materials and products.
• Research, design, and develop new production processes.
• Coordinate and perform tests.
• Analyze data to develop conclusions.
• Communicate results of analysis and research.
• Evaluate current processes and develop improvements to safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Create standards and specifications for processes, facilities, products and tests.
• Install, maintain, and inspect equipment and facilities.
• Perform daily calibration and troubleshooting of instruments.
• Provide training and mentorship to technical staff.

Summary of Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED Required
• Related education or experience Required
• College degree a Plus
• Applied knowledge of analytical chemistry techniques
• Demonstrated ability to solve highly technical problems
• Strong technical writing ability
• Direct experience with the use of spreadsheet and database software to compile, analyze, and present data
• Ability to execute tasks with minimal oversight
