About the Role: As a Converting Operator, you will be a key player in our operations, responsible for setting up and operating Totani and B&B equipment with precision and attention to detail. Your role will involve ensuring production targets and quality standards are met while troubleshooting any issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up machines according to order specifications and standard procedures
• Operate machinery efficiently to meet production and waste targets
• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform necessary repairs
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Comply with all food safety and environmental standards
• Complete required tracking forms and documentation accurately
