•Experience in a Full Time Restaurant

•Regional Product and Ingredient Knowledge

•Butchering and Knife Skills

•Understanding of Modern and Classical Kitchen Technique

•Excellent Communication Skills

•Must be Able to Work Well Under Pressure

•Positive Attitude with Productive Work Ethic

•Flexibility with Scheduling with Ability to Work Nights, Weekends and Holidays

•Sense of Awareness and Attention to Detail

•Maintain Clean and Safe Work Area

•Current Food Handler Certification

•Ability to Bend, stoop, Squat, Lift, and Maneuver up to 50lbs

•2-3 Years Experience Preferred
