Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider

I have both mental & physical health conditions such as RA, severe scoliosis, & need help with, Monitoring conditions and notify Drs of any changes. Assures proper maintenance of appointments & meds. Errands such as; appointments, pharmacy, light shopping, getting out of the house for light exercise. Household duties such as; meal prep, dishes, making the bed, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, laundry, etc. med reminders. Help with nebulizer treatment. Hygiene. Rubbing pain cream on back. Supervision for falls. Reminders to drink water & eat. Must have reliable transportation. Must be dependable, and honest. 19hrs weekly
