Travel and Expense Administrator Contract position 40 hours weekly, Onsite M-F The selected candidate should come from a role of Oversight, Management and Administrative Accounting experience with Corporate spend programs. The Travel and Expense Administrator will be responsible for the general administration of the company’s expense. The position supports multiple departments in their purchasing activities along with travel expenses. RESPONSIBILITIES: Travel and Expense Administrator: Analyze, audit and review employee expense transactions and reimbursements to facilitate accurate and timely processing and ensure compliance in accordance with Company policies Analyze, audit and review employee expense transactions and reimbursements to facilitate accurate and timely processing and ensure compliance in accordance with Company policies. Administer the Company’s online travel booking platform, including review and oversight of the travel booked on the Company’s centralized travel card to ensure supporting documentation is obtained and activity is reported on a timely basis. Administer and maintain the Company’s contracts database, including generating contracts for vendors, tracking, and managing renewals. Ability to communicate effectively through phone, email and TEAMs messaging to ensure quick response to issues as they arise. Alert management for any suspected misuse or fraudulent activities. Send reminders and follow-up with individuals when expense report activities are past due. Support company personnel with new, lost, stolen or replacement cards. Manage virtual card issuance and use. General reconciliation of the expenses on a periodic basis Other general clerical duties as needed to support site activities WORK ENVIRONMENT: Environment: In-office role corporate headquarters. QUALIFICATIONS: Accounting background, ability to handle numbers with accuracy. Solid communication skills Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, and Teams) High degree of professionalism Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Strong attention to detail EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years in general Office & Accounting setting
