Our client’s expertise and successes from small to large-scale projects have earned them a place among the most well-respected and highly technical engineering firms in the country. They are looking to add a Junior Engineering Project Manager to their growing team. This role will focus on the design, construction, and management of infrastructure related to petrochemical projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four to five (4-5) years working on multiple projects at once, focused on petrochemical projects. They must possess a positive attitude and believe strongly in collaboration, teamwork, and cross-functional partnerships within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and support staff, to achieve project objectives and deliver high-quality results. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes. Ensure that engineering deliverables meet regulatory requirements and industry standards. Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure financial success. Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, addressing engineering challenges and ensuring the application of best practices. Conducts cost analysis throughout the project to determine estimates to complete and/or additional funding requirements. Ensures compliance with client contractual requirements, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices. Required Skills/Abilities: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Experience working in the office on multiple petrochemical projects Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving acumen. Proactive and initiative-driven, anticipating client needs. Authorization to work for any U.S. employer. Education & Experience: A licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Louisiana is preferred but not required. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. Minimum of 4 years of petrochemical project-related experience.
