Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.5 years of experience in a technical Security role.Experience in offensive security, red teaming, AI safety, or with Bug Bounty programs.Preferred qualifications:Offensive Security Certified Expert (OSCE) or Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) certifications.Experience in software development such as C++, Java, Go or Python.Experience driving security or privacy threat modeling and analysis.Experience in security engineering, computer and network security, authentication and security protocols, and applied cryptography.Excellent people, verbal, and written communication skills. The team partners with teams across Google to deliver solutions that build trust while addressing abuse areas ranging from fraud, spam, dangerous/illegal activity, election integrity, AI-related risks, and more. Trust and Safety Intelligence delivers actionable and objective content abuse intelligence to a variety of cross-product and cross-functional stakeholders, from abuse fighters to strategic decision makers. As the Technical Lead, you will oversee initiatives, including the Abuse Red Team, Abuse Vulnerability Rewards Program, and other special collection investigations and programs.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $189,000-$284,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Responsibilities Provide leadership and guidance for Special Collections programs.Partner with teams across Google to drive company-wide Red Team, Bug Bounty, and AI safety priorities.Mentor team members and help them develop their skills and capabilities.Document and present results to a variety of goal audiences, from technical engineers over non-technical subject matter experts to senior leadership.Plan and lead offensive security exercises, perform technical security assessments, code audits, design reviews, and Red team exercises.
