Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of role experience is required.

• 24 months of travel experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license in hand at the time of application.

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Candidates must live at least 75 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Skills required:

• Scrubbing exp required
• Cardiac Cath Lab Procedure exp required (including Watchman Procedures, Balloon Angioplasty, PCI, Stents, Thrombectomy, Pacemaker/defib device placement, Imeplla insertion, left heart catheterization, right heart catheterization, rotablader)
• EKG Settings and exp required (including pacemakers, obtaining vitals)
• Electrophysiology Procedure exp required (including left atrial appendage (LAA) closure, pacemaker insertion

Shift: Monday - Friday

1 day off during the week-could be rotating day off

Daily Caseload per tech: 12-16

Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? – Yes, Call is 13.5 hrs (1700-0630) during the week and wknd call is Friday 1700- Monday 0630; averages 8-10 shifts/month with at least 1 weekend a month.

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes, must be willing to float to other HH Cath Lab

Equipment used: Mapping-St Jude and Bio Sense Webster, Xray Phillips and Siemens, Coronary Product- Boston Scientific and Abbott, OCT and IVUS, Mac Lab and Epic Cupid, Acist Injector

A lot of EP and Cath Lab, Watchman but no structural

Traveler is not expected to map or do EP Studies- the lab has trained people.
