Job Description:

Supplemental Health Care has partnered with a school district to hire a school nurse to work in Bellevue, Washington. As a school professional with SHC, you'll be supported by our Schools Center of Excellence, a dedicated team of recruiters and employment professionals that understand schools and your unique needs as a School-based RN.

One to One School Classroom Nurse Contract Details:
- $45 - $49 an hour
- This is a One to One school nurse position to assist a student throughout the school day
- Registered Nurse needed for the rest of the 2023-24 school year for 12-16 hours per week.
- The RN will be providing 1:1 nursing care to a pre-school aged student with a tracheostomy.
- Shift will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 12:30pm-3:30pm.
- RN may be needed 30 minutes before and after to ride the bus with student.
- Student has Lambert-Eaton Myasthenic syndrome with developmental delays, trach that will require hourly suctioning and tube-feeding once a day at school.
- RN will be on campus and in-person with the student
- Nurse will be expected to follow IEP and communicate with the school interdisciplinary team as well as student guardian(s)

Requirements:
- Washington RN License 
- American Heart Association BLS 
- Prior school setting or pediatrics experience
