Description:

This inside sales rep will be calling on pharmacies to sell their medical device products including gloves, scales, calorie counters, bandages, and most over the counter medical supplies. **No sales experience necessary just need a motivated individual willing to learn.**

•Follow up on inquiries by answering alarms set in our client/prospect database.

•Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely matter

•Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications

•Present price, credit and terms in accordance with standard procedures and customers’ profitability profiles

•Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes or returns

•Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability

•Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional sale items

•Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints

•Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the distribution team

•Communicate to the purchasing department unexpected increase or decrease in demand for products

•Maintain proficiency in using personal computer, date entry terminal and other common office equipment and software

•Effective listening, communication (verbal and written), negotiation and good phone skills

•Demonstrate integrity and ethical standards

•Accuracy and attention to detail

•Present a professional image at all times to customers, vendors and when in the office

•Will be expected to work off an existing book of business and expected to make at least 50-60 calls per day to find new or keep up with prior business
