Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Yuba City, California

Overview:
We're seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Yuba City, California. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of 55 students across kindergarten to 12th grade for the 2024-2025 school year.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to a caseload of 55 students, spanning kindergarten through 12th grade.
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities and develop individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' communication skills in the classroom and beyond.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding therapy goals and outcomes.
  • Stay abreast of best practices in speech-language pathology and incorporate evidence-based interventions into therapy sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active licensure as an SLP in the state of California.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in a school setting, is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and engage with students and their families.
