We are seeking a Polished Beverage Manager for a premier waterfront restaurant that can lead and develop a team dedicated to delivering the highest level of hospitality to our guests. Beverage Manager Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years' experience as a Bar/Beverage Manager in a high-volume upscale restaurant
- Working knowledge of current trends in the market / craft cocktails, wine , beer
- Strong business acumen with ability to control beverage costs and plan beverage offerings
- Strong outgoing leader that creates an atmosphere where people feel valued
- A servant leader that works with his team and drives performance
- The ability to work within a structured environment and think independently
- Manage with a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Build and develop strong professional relationships with the team and the guests
- Be an active and visible part of the local business community
- Collaborate with leadership and the management team to grow sales, profitability and guest satisfaction
