Position Summary: The Business Service role directly reports to the Human Resource Manager & Business Service Team Lead, overseeing all assigned duties as outlined below and any additional tasks requested by managers or owners, including managing carrier records and handling insurance-related matters. 

Position Details:

• Compensation: $18-20 per hour (Based on Experience)
• Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
• Location: In Office 

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with office guest management including sales/UPS/FedEx deliveries
• Assisting with banking, direct deposit, and ACH transactions as needed
• Locating loads/invoices & bills of ladings for customers and/or dispatchers
• Invoicing for Specialized and/or Transportation services
• Providing outstanding customer service to all stakeholders

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• College degree or 2-4 years of work experience
• Consistent employment for one year within the last two years.
• High School Diploma/GED
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• Ability to lift up to 20lbs
• Excellent customer service, phone skills, and data entry proficiency
• Willingness to travel occasionally
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
