Job Description:
- Responsible for greeting visitors and answering the main phone line
- Handles executives' requests and completes projects in a timely manner
- Will take on daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe
- Demonstrates strict attention to detail
- Exercises excellent time management
- Shows great communication skills
- Ability to assume responsibility and work independently
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word
- Must be organized
- Needs to be great at multi-tasking and needs to be able to prioritize
- Must be flexible and able to function in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a team player, maintaining a positive attitude in a high-pressure environment
