Your Opportunity:

Taylor Communications, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to coordinate internal activities related to the development, growth and retention of a very active, existing account. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with the client team. This is an on-site, in-officeposition with the team in Jeffersonville, IN.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Functions as the lead point of contact for the customer. Responsible for customer communications, conflict resolution and compliance on contract deliverables, such as KPI's (Key Performance Indicators).

  • Understands the client's business in order to clearly identify further opportunities to leverage solutions as well as facilitate the customer's daily requirements.Take action on incremental growth opportunities.

  • Foster a customer-focused team of driven individuals with an eye for continuous improvement and raising our level of service. Implement change when possible and recommend broader changes to leadership.

  • Own and manage escalations and concerns on behalf of customer immediately ensuring thorough root cause and permanent resolution.

  • Support the customer service team with daily tasks, as needed.

  • Acts as a liaison between the customer and our internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products according to the customer's needs.

  • Communicate with the client, warehouse and sales teams regarding project specific information on a daily basis, as applicable.

  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives including documenting and maintaining operating procedures per the customer's requirements.

  • Interact with clients via conference calls, meetings, and face-to-face presentations, as applicable.

Your Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

You Must Have:

  • May require a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 2 years of experience, preferably in customer service or account management.

  • Relies on experience, judgment and an understanding of the customer's industry to plan and accomplish goals.

  • Outstanding problem-solving and exceptional organizational skills.

  • Superb written and oral communication skills

  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word.

  • Proficient with internal and external audits for product flow regarding recalls, misplaced product and trace requests.

  • Familiarity with inventory management principles.

We Would Also Prefer:

  • Prefer Salesforce experience.
