Job Description:

• The Member Services representative will work within a local financial institution assisting members and higher level MSRs.
• Will assist members with financial transactions, opening and closing accounts, and applying for loans.
• Answers questions about products and services, and resolve inquiries.
• Assists members in person, over the phone, online, and through the mail.
• Ensures appropriate records are maintained and completed.
• Makes outbound calls as needed to meet sales goals.
• Maintains member account information on the computer system. Scans documents as required. Balances individual cash drawer, ATMs and overall branch in accordance with credit union policy.
• Possibility to earn commission after going permanent!
• Must be able to commute to training in DC for the first 2 weeks!

Schedule: 8:30 - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Customer service or administrative work experience
• Experience within the banking industry is preferred but not required!
