About this job

Description:

Taking inbound calls of two different types:

1. Upgrade/New Product-Customers calling in looking for advice on new trolling motors or new products to add to their current trolling motor set up.

2. Replacement parts-Customers calling in asking questions on current issues that they are having with their current trolling motors.

Candidates will be trouble shooting issues over the phone. They will be guiding customers toward the correct replacement part.
