This role requires 7 day a week, 365 day availability as needed. The shift is 2PM-10PM. Please only apply if interested.

**PERFECT OPPORTUNITY FOR SOMEONE WANTING OVERTIME**

Description:

This position will/could involve two different roles:

1. Answering all calls to main line and routing to appropriate dept. Also could be taking emergency calls and routing to appropriate situation.

2. Working in the telesitting room monitoring 6-9 patients on video screens to insure they do not need any assistance. Should a patient need anything the telesitters will page their nursing team.

* Operate various software used in the Communications and/or Integrated Support Services departments, to include AMCOM, Teletracking, etc.

* Handle emergency service calls and stress.

* Gather the proper information and route it to the appropriate resource or department, either by work orders or other service means.

* Operates the overhead paging system in emergency situations.

* Understanding all emergency management codes and their responsibilities when these codes are activated.

* Use good telephone etiquette when answering calls for service.

* To provide limited departmental training as needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent * 2 years experience in a customer support service department * Call center/dispatch experience preferred * Computer literacy in Microsoft applications and the ability to type 35 wpm * Must be able to communicate clearly over the phone
