About this job
Job Description:
- Entering sales orders and purchase orders
- Preparing production documents and work orders
- Monitoring and analyzing production and inventory
- Perform quality checks on production lines
- Handling basic accounting - entering AP invoices and invoicing customers (can be trained on this)
- Get invoices and then bill the customer
- Entering orders for the sales team
- May need to talk to sales people with companies they work with
- Will go into the warehouse and take inventory
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of customer service, invoicing/AP, and administrative experience
- Someone who has worn a lot of hats in their previous roles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
