Emergency Department - Registered Nurse

Experience:

• 36 months of Emergency Department experience is required.

• 3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Alaska license in hand at the time of application.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

Additional Details:

1 Bedroom housing at Wedgewood Manor is provided. No pets are allowed. Transportation is not provided and walking is not recommended in winter. You will need to secure a vehicle for transportation!

Schedule Details: 3 12-hour mid shifts- 11a-11p, 12p-12a, or 2p-2a

Weekend Rotation: 3 weekends per 4 week schedule period.

On-call Requirements: weekends and holidays as needed

Holidays Requirements: as needed- may be scheduled up to every holiday

Floating Requirements: as needed

Prefer level 1 or 2 trauma center experience as staff.

Time off for major holidays cannot be accommodated- Memorial Day, Labor Day, and 4th of July, day before and after, summer solstice (June 21st 2024),Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, NYE, NYD. Maximum of 14 days off can be requested including 4 weekend days. All time off must be requested at time of submittal.
