We are currently seeking a Payroll Manager for a direct hire opportunity. Must have ADP Workforce Now experience.
Pay $125,000 to $145,000

Responsibilities for the Payroll Manager:
- Will be responsible for processing payroll for 1500 EE for multiple locations/states
- Must have heavy payroll auditing experience
- Will manage and oversee the full cycle payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness of the payroll
- Must have strong understanding of multi-state payroll, state regulations, meal premiums and overtime rules
- Will develop, implement and maintain payroll policies, procedures and ensure best practices
- Ensure payroll is processed in a timely and accurately, including taxes, deductions and benefits
- Will oversee and lead the payroll team and provide training and guidance
- BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of full cycle payroll processing
- Must have ADP WFN experience
- Proficient in Excel - vlookup and pivot tables
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills
