Job title: Warehouse Clerk Experience

Location: Laverne, CA 91750

Pay rate: 18.00

M-F 6:00AM-2:30PM

Job Description:

Warehouse Clerk; will prioritize pulling material for orders needed for Production. Will maintain accuracy of Inventory in NetSuite system. Major brands will require Inventory twice a week and will report discrepancies comparing physical material with Information on Netsuite system. Maintain returns, put aways, and PS bins. Support Shipping/Receiving with day-to-day operations as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Forklift experience and ability to lift 35-50 lbs. it's a must

• Inspect Integrity of Equipment

• In charge of Inventory, returns, put aways, checking the system.

• Order pulling, supporting Production with transfers, bringing material to lines

• In charge of labels and unicartons of podjuice

• Updating the Netsuite with Inventory

• Cycle Counts-Pull Inventory for Finest, Pod Juice, and Mr. Freeze being the largest client (we run through this material often)

• Labels, Unicartons must be accounted for twice week

• PS bins cleaned out to recount everything to go in returns

• Each box must have labels

• Palletizing and shrink-wrapping material

• Review notes that are left by the Warehouse Supervisor for orders needed for Production lines.

• Based on the amount of the order or priority they designate which orders they are pulling

• Inventory is assigned amongst the team

• When bringing material to production, some quantities are increased a 10% to ensure Production runs without a delay to have enough material

• Move pallets throughout the warehouse to make room to get through.

• Maintain daily cleanliness of the department. Sweep, pick up trash, empty trash containers, pick up dirty rags, clean any spilled juices, clean 55-gallon drum barrels, pick up empty pallets, facing (pull forward) juices on rack, properly storing empty juice containers, and maintaining openness of aisles when possible or necessary.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation; Bilingual

Physical Duties:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Work Environment and Physical Demands:

• Team members must be able to stand for extended periods of time (Shift 8 hours)

• Team members must be able to lift up to 30lbs (for example, you may have to periodically move cases of liquids)
