Mechanical/Hydraulic Assembler

Pay: $20.00 / hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

Job Description:

• Assembly of hydraulic cylinder components used for dental chairs
• Meet departments minimum daily output production requirements
• Use drill driver, power drills, electric wrenches, torque wrenches, Allen wrenches, screw drivers, pliers, vise grips, etc.
• Hand tighten bolts and fasteners with wrenches to minimum required tightness
• Align and measure/level assembly points and parts
• Work from a schematic or product print
• Read both numbers and words from a bill of material consisting of parts, fasteners, and component part numbers and their description 

Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for an 8 hour shift, daily and work on a rotating work table
• Ability to move and handle 30lb parts regularly and repetitively throughout the day
• Work within a team build cell
• Previous experience working on assembly line or within a team cell is preferred as pace of work is driven by other parts of the production team
• Must have strong attendance an punctuality
