About the job:
QC Inspection team needs a Quality Inspector that will ensure that circuit cards, electronic components, and electro-mechanical components are manufactured correctly and functioning properly. The work of the Quality Inspector helps to reduce failures and delays as we build displays, onboard computing, and communication solutions that make aviation safer.

QC Inspection team needs a Quality Inspector that will ensure that circuit cards, electronic components, and electro-mechanical components are manufactured correctly and functioning properly. The work of the Quality Inspector helps to reduce failures and delays as we build displays, onboard computing, and communication solutions that make aviation safer.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect circuit cards, electronic, and electro-mechanical components, per drawings, procedures and work instructions.
- Prepare and upload results of test and inspection.
- Utilize ERP system.
- Maintain organized work area.
- Perform other various types of inspection as required.
Required:
- HS or equivalent, plus approved specialized and/or trades training desirable.
- Minimum 3 years of experience inspecting electronic parts, assemblies, and circuit boards.
- Experience in cleanroom, ESD, and FOD controlled areas.
- Must read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Must be comfortable performing in-process inspection operations utilizing a microscope for the majority of the work day.
- Summarize, file, and maintain records and parts traceability.
- Must be detail orientated and have strong organizational skills.
- Must be able to understand written work instructions and drawings.
- Familiarity with MS Word, Excel.
- Excellent vision, ability to lift up to 35 pounds and sit/stand for extended periods of time.
- US citizenship is required.
Preferred skills:
- Electronics assembly experience.
- 5+ years experience inspecting electronic parts, assemblies, and circuit boards.
- IPC 610 / J-STD Certification a plus.
