Key Responsibilities:
Culinary Leadership: Direct and oversee the entire kitchen operation, ensuring excellence in every dish served. Spearhead menu development, incorporating innovative recipes that align with our brand's ethos and guest expectations.

Quality Control: Uphold superior food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest quality and in compliance with health and safety regulations. Continuously monitor food handling practices and make adjustments as needed to maintain our high standards.
Inventory Management: Oversee the procurement of ingredients and kitchen supplies, maintaining optimal stock levels to support our high-volume operations. Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices without compromising on quality.
